Accessibility Statement

Scope.

This statement applies to the arealis.eu website in its Slovak (/), Czech (/cs/) and English (/en/) versions. It covers the listings map, listing details, the advertiser's account and workspace, the Ari chat and forms (contact, content reporting, registration). It does not cover payments on payment providers' pages or third-party content (OpenStreetMap tiles in the fallback map, YouTube videos, payment gateways), which we do not operate and cannot modify. Arealis has no mobile apps.

Compliance status.

The arealis.eu website is partially compliant with EN 301 549 and WCAG 2.1 level AA, due to the issues listed below. Compliance has not been verified by an independent audit.

Non-accessible content and known issues.

  1. Some findings from our own audit of 2 May 2026 are still open: there is no skip link from the map to the list of listings, the map does not respect the reduced-motion setting, the footer lacks a hidden heading for screen readers, and some information is only available via a tooltip on mouse hover. Colour contrast has not been measured yet. Keyboard focus visibility has not been verified yet.
  2. On desktop, the text on listing cards is very small. 200% zoom and reflow have not been tested yet. If you need listing details in a readable format, write to us (see Feedback and contact).
  3. The size of some small controls (removing a filter, closing the quick filter) has not been measured yet.

We are working on fixing these issues. We will update this statement once they are fixed.
