Purposes and legal bases: account, login, security, sessions, listings, workspace drafts, contact requests, billing, invoices, support and notice-and-action reports are processed for contract performance, pre-contract steps, legal obligation and legitimate interest.

Retention: account and listing data are retained while active and then only as needed for legal claims; security logs normally up to 24 months; accounting records for the statutory period.

Rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, consent withdrawal and complaint to the Slovak supervisory authority Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky.

Data export is available through the account export endpoint; account deletion is available through the delete-account endpoint with cascading deletion or anonymisation where legally possible.
