Arealis.eu Terms and Conditions Operator. Arealis.eu is operated by Ing. Mgr. Milan Pleško, Sasinkova 539/13, 915 01 Nové Mesto nad Váhom, Slovakia, business ID 44 103 841, tax ID 1076286574, registered in the Slovak Trade Register under No. 320-12192 with the District Office Nové Mesto nad Váhom. Contact: [info@arealis.eu](mailto:info@arealis.eu), +421 948 900 909. The operator is not registered as a VAT payer. Purpose. The portal publishes property listings and helps advertisers and interested persons make contact. No sale, tenancy or other property contract is concluded through the portal; the operator is not a party to such a contract. Advertisers are responsible for their authority to publish listings and for their accuracy. Customer status. Advertisers state whether they act privately or in business. A single contact may be ordered without an account. Consumer rights apply to persons acting outside business. A business customer acting in business has no statutory consumer right to withdraw without a reason; statutory remedies for defective performance remain available. Orders. Before a binding order, we show the service, scope, final price, duration and any automatic renewal. The order button reads “Order with obligation to pay” (in Slovak “Objednať s povinnosťou platby”, in Czech “Objednávka zavazující k platbě”). We confirm acceptance and the contract content by email on a durable medium. Early performance during a consumer’s withdrawal period requires a separate unticked choice. Single contact. For the final price of €1.49, we display the contact details for one specified listing and send them to the buyer’s email address. No further 24-hour access is included. Performance is complete only after both display and email dispatch. If either fails, the service is not treated as fully performed. Contact access. For the final price of €3.99, the customer may obtain up to 100 contacts in 30 days. One unit is one successful disclosure of the contact for one listing. Displaying the same contact again in the same period and a technically failed attempt do not consume a unit. The service renews automatically every 30 days unless cancelled. Listing publication. For the final price of €1.49 per listing for 30 days, we publish and maintain the listing throughout the paid period. It renews automatically every 30 days unless cancelled. Promotion. For the final price of €13 per listing for 30 days, a promoted listing appears before non-promoted listings in results matching the selected area and filters. On the map it has a highlighted pin labelled “Promoted”. Where several promoted listings match, their order rotates randomly. Promotion does not guarantee a number of views or contacts. It renews automatically every 30 days unless cancelled. Ari. Three listing creations are free in each rolling 30-day period, each with seven edits. A further creation with 33 edits available for 30 days costs €3. A 14-edit package for one listing available for 30 days costs €3. Ari Pass provides 33 chat answers available for 30 days for €3. Paid Ari packages do not renew automatically. Unused entitlements expire after the stated period without limiting statutory defect remedies. Coupons. A coupon may give a percentage discount, fixed discount or one to three initial 30-day periods of a renewable service for €0. Its scope and limits appear before ordering. A zero-price period still requires an express order; we show the later price and first later payment date before the order. Renewal and cancellation. Seven days before each renewal, we email its date, final price and cancellation method. Future renewal can be cancelled at any time at arealis.eu/en/ucet/prehlad (Account → Overview → Authorisations and payments → Cancel automatic renewal) or by emailing [info@arealis.eu](mailto:info@arealis.eu). A paid service continues to the end of its period. Cancelling renewal is separate from withdrawal. Failed renewal payment. If a renewal payment fails, we pause the service and email a request to update the payment method. Within the following seven days we make no more than three attempts to collect that same renewal. If payment succeeds, we resume the service and a new 30-day period begins when payment succeeds. If it does not, the service ends. For unpaid publication, the listing is hidden but not deleted. Failed promotion payment ends only promotion; separately paid publication continues. Failed contact-access payment ends only that access. We charge no separate fee for the paused interval. Consumer withdrawal. A consumer may generally withdraw within 14 days after conclusion, using arealis.eu/en/withdrawal without an account, email or post. Where a 30-day service began early at the consumer’s express request, a timely withdrawal may result in a proportionate charge based solely on the exact elapsed time out of 30 days and the price actually paid for that period. The single-contact right ends after full performance only where the required prior consent and acknowledgement were obtained. The separate Withdrawal Notice explains this. A transparently agreed automatic renewal generally does not start a new withdrawal period; defect remedies remain available. Content and liability. Advertisers grant us a non-exclusive licence to display their submitted text and images during publication and process them as needed to operate the service. Ari outputs are drafts and must be checked before publication. We are responsible for our contracted services, not for a property transaction, another user’s response or another user’s inaccurate listing. Mandatory rights and liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remain intact. Moderation, law and disputes. Illegal content may be reported at the “Report illegal content” button on each listing or arealis.eu/en/report. We explain moderation measures where law requires it. Slovak law governs the service contract without depriving a consumer of mandatory protection under the law of their habitual residence. Changes to these terms do not retroactively alter an already paid period without a lawful or agreed basis.
