Paid services: before payment the user sees price, currency, access scope, duration and payment method.

After payment, confirmation and entitlement activation are recorded; invoices include operator company ID, tax ID, currency, amount and VAT/tax status where relevant.

Consumers may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days unless they expressly request immediate digital service performance and acknowledge the statutory exception.

Withdrawal form: send name, account email, order/payment identifier, date, withdrawal statement and refund contact to info@arealis.eu.

Notice-and-action: illegal or incorrect listing content can be reported with listing URL, reason and evidence. The operator may hide, correct or remove unlawful, misleading, duplicate, abusive or technically harmful content.
